There are a couple products I always go to cleabags for, and am very happy with their high quality products, reasonable prices and fast service.

I was a bit sceptical buying from the ClearBags site but the prices were fantastic. Once I received the product, I was very surprised at the quality of the envelopes. There no doubt in my mind, I'll be shopping with ClearBags again.

I have been using them for over 2 years now. In those 2 years I had 1 incident where my order was going to be shipped in 2 different boxes. No big deal, didn’t even give it a second thought. I get a call the next day asking if that was okay with me.
That kind of customer service is what keeps me coming back! The promotional codes don’t hurt!

Great product fast shipping

Exactly as what I am looking for too bad not all your products are available in your Canadian Site.

I made an error in ordering and when I called customer service the rep was helpful and made the change to my order with no problem. She followed up and assured me that my order was completed and shipped.

Purchased several sizes of clear boxes. They come with a film that you peel off right before use, keeping them nice and clear for your product or gift. Very pleased.

The product I ordered works exactly as expected. I am disappointed that some products are always out of stock & the selection I made was solely based on not being able to get the product I wanted, for the second time. For now, the alternative is working, but I am hoping their buyers do a better job purchasing enough stock to keep top sellers in stock for future orders.

This was not product I thought I was ordering. I had wanted plastic sheaths to insert card/envelopes into. Not sure I can even use these for anything. My error

They have quality products, and they ship them quickly. They are more than happy to send you a sample. This was quite valuable to me, as I have my own product I am selling, I had to find just the right inner bag for my packaging-- and the size was important. I had to test fit my product in the bags. It was very important to me that I have something eco-friendly, so of course, I opted for their compostable bags. I would love more size options in the particular compostable bags I picked. However, I understand it would be a bit of a burden to offer too many sizes. It just seemed the sizes jumped from the one that was *just* big enough to hold my product, to one that was far too big to hold my product.
The only reason I gave four stars instead of 5, is that I sent an inquiry to customer service about a different line of compostable bags that were less expensive, and had more size options- and could not get a response on what was different between the two types of compostable bags,. I wanted to know whether it was a different material, different thickness, Etc. The customer service rep didn't even tell me she didn't have an answer for me. She just simply did not respond to my email at all. However, they did send me samples of the other bags, so I could try them out.
